골프연습장 선택속성이 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 : 골프연습장 선호 유형에 따른 다집단 분석

초록

This study aims to analyze the effects of golf practice facility selection attributes on user satisfaction and revisit intention, and further examine group differences based on facility type (indoor vs. outdoor). To achieve this purpose, a total of 274 respondents who had experience using golf practice facilities were selected through convenience sampling, and an online survey was conducted. Using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 29.0, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were performed. The results are as follows. First, among the selection attributes of golf practice facilities, convenience, cost, facilities, and service had significant effects on user satisfaction. Second, among the selection attributes, facilities had a significant effect on revisit intention, whereas convenience, cost, and service did not. Third, user satisfaction with the golf practice facility was found to have a significant impact on revisit intention. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found between indoor and outdoor facility preference groups, specifically in the paths from convenience to satisfaction, facilities to satisfaction, and facilities to revisit intention. The study also provides a discussion of the results, practical implications, and opportunities for future research.
