전문병원 입원환자의 추천의향에 영향을 미치는 요인

초록

Purposes: Providing patient-centered healthcare services is a crucial factor in patient experience and customer loyalty. This study identifies the factors influencing inpatients’ intention to recommend specialty hospitals. Methodology: A telephone survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 881 patients hospitalized in specialty hospitals. Using the collected data, we performed multiple regression analysis to identify the factors affecting the intention to recommend specialty hospitals. Findings: Gender and inpatient experience affected the intention to recommend. Positive patient experiences were associated with a higher intention to recommend, with significant differences observed across designated fields. Practical Implications: This study identified the factors influencing the intention to recommend healthcare institutions among inpatient at specialty hospitals. Since positive patient experiences impact customer loyalty behaviors such as recommendation intentions, healthcare institutions must focus on them in their management strategies.
