국내 와인관련 논문의 연구동향에 관한 내용분석: 1999-2010년 환대 및 관광 관련 학술지 연구논문을 중심으로

초록

Using content analysis, this study analyzed the research trend of 125 wine-related studies published in hospitality & tourism journals from 1999 to 2010. The findings showed that the rate of studies authored by two persons seemed to be increased year by year. In addition, the dominant field and theme of wine research turned out foodservice industry and marketing area, respectively. Regarding research methodology, study samples were mainly customers drawn by non-probability sampling methods such as convenience sampling. Questionnaire was a main method to carry out the research and descriptive statistics, factor analysis, & regression analysis were mostly used. This study concluded with the implications of the study and future research areas.
