승마지도자의 직업정체성과 선행변인 분석

초록

The primary focus of the current research is to verify the different occupational reputation identity levels of equestrian leaders and examine the statistical significance of its antecedent variables based on each group. A total of 107 valid data were analyzed based on a survey of 120 equestrian leaders nationwide. The analysis method included exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, reliability analysis, 1-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis utilizing SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result, the occupational reputation identity of equestrian leaders was grouped into three different levels, self-respect, occupational reputation, and occupational reputation commitment, and each group was statistically significant. Two variables, occupational commitment and self-respect were identified as significant antecedents to occupational commitment identity whereas occupational reputation was statistically insignificant. Meanwhile, self-respect was more pronounced as an important antecedent variable than occupational commitment. The research findings indicate that a strategy to promote self-respect is required to enhance the occupational identity of equestrian leaders.
