초록
Infliximab (IFX) is a monoclonal antibody designed to neutralize tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- ) and administration of IFX is very effective in treating moderate to severe Crohn’s disease. A 25-year-old man with a history of Crohn’s disease for 2 years presented with erythematous scaly papules on his trunk and both arms since 4 months ago. He has been treated with IFX for Crohn’s disease during the last 8 months and had no previous history of psoriasis. Empirically, the lesions responded to narrowband ultraviolet B (NBUVB) therapy and topical betamethasone and calcipotriol treatment. Through skin biopsy, the patient was diagnosed with guttate psoriasis. Herein, we report a rare case of guttate psoriasis during IFX treatment.
